What did you do before Captivate Talent?

Prior to joining Captivate Talent I spent 5+ years in the recruiting space leading a team of direct reports, and in the Agency SaaS space running full-desk. I spent one year in an AE role for a Series C, HR Tech company focused on net new business in the search & staffing space, and am excited to embark on Executive Search and Business Development with Captivate Talent.
