In her spare time, Nicole enjoys working at her family-owned karate school, shopping, hitting the beach, and would love to get back to training in gymnastics.
She has volunteered at Per Scholas where she coached graduates on interviewing tips and techniques. She is a proud wife and mom to Mackenzie and her family keeps her very busy :)

I oversee the sourcing team that supports our recruiters and identifies talent in three of our verticals. This includes: SDR’s, BDR’s, Account Executives (junior, mid, enterprise), Customer Success Managers, and Executive Search.
I have worked on many different types of roles over the past few years and enjoy working on a variety of roles. The past few years I have focused more on technical recruiting, and I am now implementing processes to help drive more success for our delivery team!
The sourcing team has successfully assisted with 24 hires this past year!
Don't be afraid to talk candidates out of the job! This will help eliminate candidates who aren't ready to make a move. It will ease frustration and time for our not only our client's , but ourselves too. We can ensure we are only submitting candidates who will likely take the role if offered!
