Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead client outreach and sales efforts. This role is crucial for driving adoption of their cutting-edge solutions and will involve direct engagement with potential B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential B2B clients, presenting advanced call center solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of AI products to effectively address client needs and pain points.
  • Conduct impactful product demos showcasing the significant value and benefits of the AI tools offered.
  • Act as a liaison between potential clients and the product team, gathering feedback to enhance offerings.
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, webinars, and seminars to expand brand presence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the call center, AI, or technology sectors.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Self-motivated with a tenacious attitude towards achieving sales goals.
  • A knack for quickly understanding and adapting to new technologies.
  • Existing relationships within the B2B call center industry is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, especially in a startup or fast-paced environment.
