We have partnered with a mission driven, fast-growing software company that provides businesses with better Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) data to drive actions that change the world for good. They are growing their sales team and looking to hire their first Account Executive! 
 

Responsibilities:


 
  • Prospect into potential customer accounts to identify new business opportunities 
  • Qualify new prospects generated by Sales Development and Marketing teams 
  • Partner with prospects to understand and identify their unique pain points and business needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all things related to data-driven DEI 
  • Understand and assist prospects through their unique evaluation processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records on leads, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
 

Requirements:


 
  • 4+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Past experience working in HR technology preferred
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with HR/People executives
  • Proven ability to build and manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
