- Drive revenue from a book of business of 50+ accounts
- Build and identify opportunity signals and drive additional revenue streams (up-sell, cross-sell, etc.). Make touch points with our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Taking ownership and accountability of accounts
- Be able to confidently present our full product suite to existing customers to own up-sell and cross-sell.
- 3+ years as a MM AM at a high growth, earlier stage startup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical messages in a clear and simple way
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals within an existing customer base
- You have strong customer-facing and presentation skills
