We've partnered with a category-defining SaaS company and their regulatory and analytics platform is disrupting an entire industry. They're hiring a Director of Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers focusing on growing and retaining a large book of business.
This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and help shape its Account Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a talented team of Account Managers, providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Develop and drive account growth strategies.
- Own renewal and growth KPIs and meet weekly/monthly/annual targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing a team of Account Managers
- Prior experience in a SaaS company, Life Sciences experience is a plus.
- Experience using Salesloft and/or Prolifiq is preferred.
