Director of Inside Sales

Our client is a leading staffing marketplace for the hospitality industry. They are hiring a Director of Inside Sales to build a grow a team to support the tremendous growth they're experiencing.
 

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train and mentor the inside sales team
• Participate in sales strategy planning
• Align tech stack to support sales teams
• Set and track sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience, ideally in a tech/startup environment (hospitality and staffing are a big plus!); 5+ years in management
• Experience building teams and setting sales strategy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for mentoring teams
• Phoenix-based; in-office 4 days per week with WFH flexibility offered as needed
