Our client is looking for a passionate sales leader experienced in the CX or contact/call center vertical. Their innovative technology powers conversations with customers for some of the world’s largest enterprises. Responsibilities:


  • Build and develop a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives
  • Achieve a quota of $7M in new ARR (ACV $100k)
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of team
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability 

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience at the enterprise level
  • 2+ years of experience selling into the call/contact center, CX, or CSaaS space
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A desire to be a cultural add to an organization
