We've partnered with a Series A AI infrastructure startup focused on helping SaaS products and AI agents connect to enterprise systems efficiently and securely. Backed by top-tier investors, this innovative team is rapidly scaling across product, partnerships, and revenue.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing who can effectively blend strategy, storytelling, and execution. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the brand, demand generation engine, and go-to-market strategy from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with the founders and the sales team to transform insights into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation and growth strategy, including pipeline targets and funnel metrics.
  • Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), positioning, and messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and integrated marketing programs across various channels.
  • Create sales enablement content, such as presentations, battlecards, and demo narratives.
  • Experiment with account-based marketing (ABM), paid campaigns, and content-led initiatives to drive measurable growth.
  • Track key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel health) and provide weekly reports to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in demand generation or growth roles.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and go-to-market strategies for enterprise or developer audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic Series A environment.
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in CRM and marketing operations tools.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in marketing to AI developers, agent builders, or API platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance messaging.
