Company Overview:

We've partnered with a seed-stage e-commerce company whose analytics and reporting platform allows marketplace agencies, aggregators, and sellers to view sales trends, pricing, profitability, and more in a single dashboard linked to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and 75+ additional channels.


We are looking for an experienced startup sales leader to serve as a member of the executive management team leading the development, coordination, and execution of the company’s sales strategy.

This person will operationalize the sales motion and lead growth from 1M to 5M in the next two years and beyond.
  

Responsibilities:


  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales goals.
  • Design outbound sales practices and tools to create repeatable, scalable processes that accelerate growth.
  • Hire and lead the sales organization, including coaching staff and monitoring performance against targets.
  • Actively manage and continually improve the overall sales process to ensure the team meets/exceeds revenue goals.

Requirements:


  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry, ideally e-commerce.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in a fast-growing, scaling startup.
  • History of building, managing, and coaching high-performing sales teams.
