About the Role

We are seeking NYC-based sales professionals who have a proven track record in achieving new business growth and expanding an existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and possess a natural ability to build rapport and trust. We are looking for someone who blends a strong sales drive with a customer-first mentality to help create loyal partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business and build robust, long-lasting relationships with accounting partners to enhance their client base.
  • Engage with prospective and existing accounting partners through a consultative sales process.
  • Keep accounting partners and active contacts informed about new product developments to maximize their use of the platform.
  • Advocate for partner and client needs to inform the product roadmap.
  • Encourage additional accountants to join, increase client additions, and support firms in adopting the platform internally.
  • Win new business in a competitive sales environment.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage a sales pipeline to meet company goals.
  • Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and address technical inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Partner Development, Partner Success, and Customer Support to ensure excellent outcomes for partners.
  • Maintain accurate records in a team-wide CRM while utilizing a best-in-class sales tech stack.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a book of business with a focus on net-new acquisitions.
  • Preferred experience in selling subscription-based software technologies (SaaS), other software products, and/or financial services products.
  • Experience working with channel and reseller sales partnerships, ideally within the accounting sector.
  • Top performer with a history of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • A team player who enjoys diverse responsibilities and motivates those around them.
  • A builder excited to help shape the foundation of the Partner Sales team.
