We've partnered with a SaaS startup whose lead generation platform has been dominating the space for over 5 years!
They are looking to hire a Manager for their commercial/enterprise reps as they continue to scale their operations across the Enterprise segment. In this position you’ll play a critical role assisting reps getting revenue across a line while maintaining a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching of AEs including setting up effective individual training plans
- Performance analysis of reps including performance against quota, overall activity, administrative performance
- Collaborate and support AE’s to drive deals over the line, assist with all active opportunities.
- Ensure strong qualification and understanding of the pains and challenges prospects are facing
- Skilled at identifying and negotiating win-win propositions to accelerate deals
- Leverage call recording tools to improve overall coaching, deal execution and enablement for AEs
- Recruitment including initial stages of interviews and liaising and providing feedback to external agencies, candidates and the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
- Experience as an Account Executive is essential as well as previous leadership or management experience
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Previous role as a quota carrying Account Executive with 2-5 years experience within the saas space
- Must be able to manage processes while coaching others in the team
- A can-do attitude, necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
- A master in active listening with the ability to adapt your tonality and approach to your prospects
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
