Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SDR Manager who will play a critical role in scaling our client's sales development team. This is a ground floor opportunity where you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a growing team of SDRs, pushing for high performance and delivering on targets.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to sales development, providing weekly reports on pipeline generation and prospecting activities.
  • Coach and mentor the team to enhance their consultative selling skills and support their professional development.
  • Collaborate deeply with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive successful campaigns and events.
  • Foster individual development within the team to promote career growth.

Requirements

  • Passionate about attracting and developing high-caliber sales talent.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build effective teams while managing daily operations tactically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline generation targets.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, including leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant go-to-market technologies (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and experience selling to technical personas.
