- Hit quarterly sales revenue targets and drive business growth
- Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Work closely with all departments to improve and or maintain a positive client experience
- Continuously excel in a quota driven environment
- 4+ years of SaaS closing experience
- Experience engaging with senior executives, particularly in HR (CHRO, CLO, VP) at Fortune 500 companies
- High technical literacy and ability to demonstrate software solutions
- Strong negotiation and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Track record of successful cross-functional team collaboration
