The Senior Account Executive will be crucial in their go-to-market strategy while generating revenue and cultivating long-lasting relationships.


  • Hit quarterly sales revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with all departments to improve and or maintain a positive client experience
  • Continuously excel in a quota driven environment 


  • 4+ years of SaaS closing experience
  • Experience engaging with senior executives, particularly in HR (CHRO, CLO, VP) at Fortune 500 companies
  • High technical literacy and ability to demonstrate software solutions
  • Strong negotiation and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Track record of successful cross-functional team collaboration
