Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of in-person marketing programs and events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role will play a crucial part in selecting and executing the appropriate events, building a robust presence, and supporting the sales team with engaging collateral and post-event strategies. You will work closely across marketing and sales to elevate the brand and stimulate demand through event-centric initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own Field Marketing Strategy: Design and manage impactful marketing programs, including trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Event & Sponsorship Management: Identify and secure sponsorships and speaking opportunities to establish a leadership position within the industry.
- Booth & Brand Experience: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop high-impact booth experiences and brand touchpoints.
- Lead Capture & Enablement: Partner with sales to drive lead conversion from event-generated interest.
- ROI Measurement: Track event performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution to continually refine field strategies.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work across product marketing, demand generation, and sales to align messaging and event goals.
What You Bring
- 5–10+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled environments.
- Proven success in managing trade shows, hosted events, and conferences with measurable pipeline results.
- Experience in supporting sales enablement with messaging, collateral, and follow-up processes.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to event engagement.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction, safety, or industrial technology is a plus.

- Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they complement field programs.
- Experience at a Series A or B stage startup.
- Relationships with relevant industry associations (e.g., ABC, AGC).
