Our client provides rewards infrastructure for financial services organizations globally. They've grown quickly over the past few years due to founder-led sales and strong product marketing fit. They're scaling their marketing function and hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own the design and execution of demand programs, both digital and offline.
  

Responsibilities:


  • Build, execute, and measure an end-to-end demand generation strategy.
  • Managing marketing efforts at conferences and events globally.
  • Focus on metrics, optimizing ROI and utilizing spend in impactful ways.
  • Partner closely with brand, product, and content marketing as well as sales and product teams.

Requirements:


  • Self-starter, results-oriented and data-driven marketer
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience at high-growth organizations, focused on demand generation
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple channels; organic, paid, offline
