They have an established customer base and are well-positioned in the market for significant growth. They're hiring a VP of Sales to lead a team of experienced sellers, refining the new business sales process and owning the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue generation across all markets and ownership of revenue targets
- Oversee sales and CX functions, aligning overall customer journey strategy
- Coach and grow sales team and maximize sales productivity.
- Support the sales team by actively participating in closing crucial deals.
- Represent the company in the market & industry events
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience; industry experience in digital/broadcast media, B2B technology, or similar field
- Active presence within the broadcasting and publishing community
- Expertise in implementing sales training, scalable processes, and effective use of CRM
- Ability to travel to clients' markets and events as needed
- A high level of passion, trust, speed, and proactivity.
