Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Director of Events to spearhead their events program, from initial planning to execution. This role involves strategic leadership to bring the brand to life, manage logistics, and drive promotional efforts while ensuring that every event cultivates new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Event Leadership: Develop and manage a comprehensive events strategy, targeting high-value opportunities ranging from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences.
- End-to-End Event Execution: Research, evaluate, and manage event opportunities; negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless execution of all details.
- Speaking & Thought Leadership: Represent the brand as a speaker at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness through impactful presentations.
- Event Promotion & Revenue Generation: Create and implement multi-channel promotional strategies to maximize engagement and conversions at events.
- Team Leadership & Brand Ambassador Management: Recruit and train brand ambassadors to ensure they embody the company's passion and precision at events.
- On-Site Excellence: Oversee the complete on-site event experience, driving demo bookings and meaningful interactions.
- Performance Optimization: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze event performance and continually enhance the event strategy for maximum impact.
