Role Overview
As a GTM Engineer within the Revenue Operations department, you will be a critical player in developing systems that enhance their full revenue lifecycle — from acquisition to retention. This role is ideal for a technical architect with a product mindset, eager to partner with various teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable GTM systems architecture to support the end-to-end revenue engine.
- Identify leverage points for AI/ML within GTM processes, contributing to workflow automation.
- Support the creation of robust data integration and ELT pipelines, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with BI/Analytics to develop dashboards and automation for insightful reporting on pipeline health and key performance indicators.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure systems adapt to evolving go-to-market strategies.
- Create infrastructure that facilitates rapid experimentation and scalability of campaigns and lifecycle automations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or a related field within SaaS.
- Strong fluency in SQL and experience with data modeling; familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks.
- Experience automating workflows using Python, JavaScript, or integration tools like Zapier or n8n.
- Comfort with various tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, and more, with a focus on building integrations.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML models or integrating large language model tools into operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
