Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engagement Manager who will engage with some of the company’s most strategic partners. This role is essential for the partners' success in adopting innovative solutions that will revolutionize content creation. The ideal candidate will blend technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with top partners to ensure long-term alignment and collaboration.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of partners' content-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Identify and prototype new market opportunities for our products.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and future roadmaps.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and support their ongoing success.
• Provide impactful feedback to internal teams to enhance the partner experience.
• Analyze and report on the performance of existing partnerships using business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with C-level technical audiences in complex organizations, preferably in tech, finance, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
• Demonstrated capability in rapidly prototyping ideas and working collaboratively with customers.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executive-level engagement.
• High technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend complex technologies and systems.
• Creative mindset with a focus on innovative solutions and resourcefulness.
• Familiarity with data tooling and business intelligence systems such as SQL, BigQuery, etc.
