About the Company

We’ve partnered with a Series A AI infrastructure startup focused on creating the integration layer for modern SaaS products and AI agents to connect with enterprise systems. Their platform empowers technical teams to deliver secure and scalable integrations rapidly, supporting both sales-led and product-led growth. As a well-funded and product-oriented entity, the company is entering a significant phase of go-to-market scaling.

The Role

This is a hands-on Demand Generation Manager role centered on building and scaling pipeline. You will be responsible for campaign execution, channel strategy, and pipeline results across both demo-driven and product-led growth motions. Working closely with the founder and a senior Product Marketing partner, you will focus on turning strategy into tangible execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation programs directly tied to pipeline targets.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including paid, ABM, email, webinars, and lifecycle channels.
  • Drive demo requests and product-led growth signups as core success metrics.
  • Test, learn, and scale 1–2 core channels before expanding the strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to activate content through campaigns.
  • Build and manage campaigns hands-on, with potential to engage agencies later.
  • Work closely with Sales to score, route, and convert accounts into pipeline.
  • Track and report on funnel performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven ownership of pipeline targets, beyond just top-of-funnel activity.
  • Experience in executing campaigns hands-on, not limited to agency management.
  • Comfort operating in a Series A or early growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Curiosity about technical products and developer-adjacent audiences, even if not deeply technical.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, AI platforms, or infrastructure products.
  • Exposure to product-led growth motions alongside sales-led growth.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, enrichment workflows, and modern go-to-market stacks.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from $140K to $160K, along with quarterly bonuses and equity options. Comprehensive benefits package, a flexible remote work policy, and a home office stipend are included.
