Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will take ownership of the company's digital acquisition engine, managing significant budgets and running experiments that will directly impact pipeline growth. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Own digital acquisition initiatives across Google and Meta platforms.
- Develop and test keyword strategies to enhance reach and intent.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths for improved performance across all digital properties.
- Analyze the complete funnel from click to lead, opportunity, and customer.
- Manage and scale a monthly paid media budget effectively.
- Report on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and pipeline contributions with actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3โ5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Extensive experience with Google Ads is required.
- Strong grasp of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), landing page performance, and funnel metrics.
- Analytical mindset with a strong bias toward action and self-direction.
- Bonus: Experience in marketing to non-technical or field-based industries.
