Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Consumer User Acquisition to help scale our client's consumer user acquisition efforts. This remote position is perfect for a data-driven performance marketer who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a history of efficiently acquiring users at scale.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale digital user acquisition campaigns across various paid channels.
- Manage daily performance, including budget allocation, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Design and conduct structured A/B and multivariate experiments to enhance overall performance metrics.
- Analyze performance data and deliver insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design teams to create high-performing ad concepts and assets.
- Identify and test new channels to efficiently expand user acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to refine channel strategy.
- Maintain acquisition dashboards and KPIs with full accountability for key performance targets.
- Partner with analytics, product, and marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing or user acquisition for consumer SaaS, apps, or subscription products.
- Proven success managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong ability to scale spend while maintaining advantageous CAC and ROAS.
- Deep understanding of acquisition funnel optimization and creative experimentation.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with design, product, and analytics teams.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive under aggressive growth targets.
- Experience in the cybersecurity or privacy industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
