About the Role
We are seeking a Founding Enterprise Solutions Architect to play a vital role in ensuring the success of our client's largest customers. In this high-visibility and technically challenging position, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the architecture, integration, and optimization of the platform within their complex data environments. Your deep technical knowledge and customer-first mindset will be crucial in helping enterprises maximize the value of the solutions provided.
What You’ll Do
- Solution Design: Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand their data architecture and design scalable, high-impact solutions using the platform.
- Hands-On Integration: Oversee technical onboarding and implementation efforts, working closely with customer engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in the products and the broader data ecosystem.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues across complex environments, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Enablement: Conduct onboarding workshops, technical training, and architecture reviews to drive product adoption.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation to facilitate implementation.
- Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback from customers and work with Product and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager) ideally in data tooling or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with data science and modern data architectures, including data warehouses and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Strong technical background with experience in Python, SQL, and/or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to action in fast-paced teams.
