Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing who is not just an expert in demand generation, but a data-driven leader ready to accelerate the company's growth engine. You will be responsible for finding scalable solutions to reach a technical audience and push the boundaries of B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through impactful campaigns.
  • Architect and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy.
  • Own and scale an experimentation framework for optimizing the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Lead demand generation activities across various channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.
  • Create and manage dashboards to track KPIs and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to streamline the lead lifecycle and conversion processes.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to refine messaging and value propositions.
  • Manage the growth budget for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in data-driven roles.
  • Proven success in a leadership role in growth marketing or demand generation within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Experience or deep knowledge of the OT Cybersecurity market for industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Expertise in modern demand generation tactics, including digital advertising and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics and marketing automation tools.
  • A scientific mindset and a strong curiosity to learn and optimize.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data clearly.
  • History of building and leading data-driven experimentation processes.
