Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Life Sciences Partnerships to spearhead the establishment and growth of relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient-support vendors. This pivotal role involves translating automation solutions into tangible benefits for brand teams and sits alongside the company's provider go-to-market function, reporting directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Close key deals by converting at least 2 top-30 pharma brands into paid pilots with clear KPIs.
- Design a repeatable and compliant enterprise-selling playbook.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop case studies and ROI materials.
- Establish governance processes, including templated contracts and data-use agreements.
- Provide feedback to Product teams to shape a 90-day roadmap based on brand needs.
- Own revenue growth across the pharma segment, targeting an eight-figure book.
- Formalize partnerships with hub service providers and specialty pharmacies.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and secure speaking opportunities.
- Build and mentor a team focused on life sciences clients.
- Scope and launch new product offerings based on market demands.
Requirements
- A strong network of VP-level contacts in market access or commercial operations within mid-to-large pharma companies.
- Hands-on expertise in benefit verification and prior authorization processes.
- 7-10 years of experience in selling complex SaaS solutions with significant deal sizes.
- Ability to navigate regulatory communication, including MLR, legal, and pharmacovigilance reviews.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in forecasting and tying metrics to brand KPIs.

- Experience building partnerships in a health-tech startup environment.
- Familiarity with selling into hub services or specialty pharmacies.
- Background in health economics or outcomes-based contracting.
