Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional who excels in building and architecting scalable sales systems. This role is designed for a proactive leader who will establish a robust sales enablement function and optimize go-to-market strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the sales enablement function from the ground up, including onboarding, training, and performance support programs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, solutions, and sales teams to identify and close execution gaps in strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the Salesforce instance and GTM tech stack, focusing on user adoption, automation, and data usability.
  • Create dashboards and performance metrics to track pipeline, rep performance, and funnel conversions.
  • Implement capacity planning and territory assignments to align with product-led growth and enterprise sales strategies.
  • Revitalize dormant leads within the product-led growth segment and optimize self-service to sales transitions.
  • Lead strategic projects including pricing processes, onboarding program redesign, and AI tooling exploration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, particularly within dual-motion strategies (product-led growth + enterprise).
  • Strong expertise in sales enablement, including onboarding, learning & development, and performance management.
  • Proficient in Salesforce; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in developing GTM reporting, metrics, and insights from data analysis.
  • A successful track record of creating scalable systems and strategies.
