Role Overview
As the first expansion Customer Success Manager covering U.S. territories, you will play a vital role in onboarding new customers, driving the adoption of the platform, securing renewals, and leading upsell efforts. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the organization achieves and maintains high retention and expansion metrics.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers, providing tailored training and product onboarding.
- Monitor adoption levels, system usage, and proactively identify at-risk accounts.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while supporting renewal strategy execution.
- Act as the voice of the customer by relaying feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Build and refine customer success playbooks and best practices to facilitate scalable growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of client success or finance operations experience in B2B SaaS/fintech.
- Familiarity with finance or treasury teams and exposure to CFO-level personas.
- Proficient in CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce), customer health metrics, and data-driven insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen empathetically and take proactive accountability.
- Bonus points for experience with finance teams, treasury systems, or previous work within fintech finance or platforms.
