Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO. This high-leverage role is centered on addressing the company's most critical strategic and operational challenges. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to enhance retention, streamline execution, and build the internal systems necessary for the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and improve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and retention drivers across segments.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to refine qualification, onboarding, and renewal processes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives directly tied to ARR, expansion, and operational leverage.
- Develop dashboards, frameworks, and operating cadences that enhance executive visibility and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between North American GTM and global product/engineering teams.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across multiple business units.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
- Working knowledge of GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
