Role Overview
The Principal Product Manager will act as the primary product contact for US customers, translating complex healthcare revenue cycle needs into product strategy. This role will be pivotal in evolving the platform from a leading autonomous coding solution to a comprehensive revenue assurance tool.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product liaison for US customers and external stakeholders, participating in discovery sessions and industry events.
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market and Customer Success teams to align on workflow needs and translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Represent the product roadmap externally, running demos and gathering structured feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with a small US-based engineering team while maintaining a strong partnership with overseas Product & Engineering teams.
- Deliver 3-5 meaningful features in the first 90 days and help establish scalable product processes for growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles, including experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong background in healthcare or health-tech is highly preferred; experience in revenue cycle management is a plus.
- Technical fluency with comfort around API-level and integration-focused products.
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and translate customer challenges into structured product requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, customer empathy, and capability to work across different time zones.
- Experience with startups or early-stage companies is advantageous.
