We've partnered with a dynamic and innovative technology company that is looking to establish a dedicated Revenue Operations (RevOps) leader. This organization is on a hyper-growth trajectory and is focused on building a global revenue engine from the ground up.
Role Overview
The RevOps leader will work closely with the CFO and the CEO to create operational rigor, unlock visibility, and ensure the commercial organization scales accurately and predictably. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role ideal for someone who is looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Rebuild and standardize Salesforce globally.
- Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) systems architecture across all regions.
- Integrate HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and AI workflows into a cohesive technology stack.
- Drive automation initiatives throughout the commercial organization.
- Build dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility, funnel health, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver accurate forecasting across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and international sales.
- Enhance insights into deal cycles and analytics.
- Define and implement GTM processes across various regions including North America, APAC, EMEA, and the Middle East.
- Support the evolution of pricing models.
- Collaborate with the CFO and CEO on revenue visibility and KPI management.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Growth, and International teams.
- Provide insights into organizational performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting Enterprise representatives with long sales cycles.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, demonstrating a trajectory of ascending in their career.
- Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment with ambiguity.
- Bonus points for experience with AI tooling and usage-based pricing models, as well as building GTM systems internationally.
