Role Overview

We are seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Leader to unify and optimize our client's go-to-market engine across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end GTM data strategy, tech stack, and analytics that drive pipeline growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses that monitor KPIs and surface insights to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Build integrated funnel and revenue forecasts, aligning them with Finance, and driving quarterly planning cadences.
  • Tech-Stack Ownership: Administer and optimize GTM tools including CRM and marketing automation software. Evaluate and implement new AI-based tools.
  • Sales Operations: Manage pipeline health, account distribution, quota setting, and deal desk processes.
  • Marketing Operations: Operationalize campaign attribution, lead-scoring, and marketing automation while ensuring data hygiene.
  • Customer Success Ops: Instrument metrics for expansion, renewal, and build playbooks to enhance customer success teams.
  • Process Improvement: Translate feedback into projects to streamline processes and scale GTM motions.
  • Data Governance: Establish standards for data quality and compliance across revenue systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in managing a multi-system GTM stack with CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills including proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau); Excel/Sheets proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence various levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset proficient in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
