When she’s not looking for candidates on LinkedIn, she spends her spare time on playing video games and binge watching tv series and movies. She enjoys watching a good psychological thriller and crime series. She is also fond of watching musical plays, and has always been a fan of theatre.
She is currently obsessed with her newly adopted puppy and kitten. Being a new PUR mom, her phone’s filled with adorable pictures of her pets (stage mom in the making!)

I also assisted in employee recruitment, managing performance reviews, retaining workers, and handling individual and organizational development and succession planning.
I recently assisted placing an executive role at a RetailTech company.
Come prepared in every interview. Research the company you have an interview with and make sure you are familiar with what they do and their company culture and values (and if they align with yours). Try to just relax, have fun, and enjoy the process.
Communication is the KEY. I know it's so cliché but it is always important to communicate your feelings and thoughts about the candidates so no one will be left in the dark.
