Jennifer Barnett is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Captivate Talent, where she specializes in helping early-stage SaaS and AI companies build exceptional go-to-market teams. With 12 years of recruiting experience, Jennifer has successfully placed leaders and individual contributors across sales, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, and marketing.

Before joining Captivate Talent, Jennifer led the recruiting function at Commodore Partners, where she helped scale the team from five to 25 employees, managed a team of 10 recruiters, and designed many of the firm's day-to-day recruiting operations. Earlier in her career, she spent six years at Robert Half, where she consistently exceeded quota, earned Presidents Club recognition, and helped build a new division before moving into startup recruiting. Jennifer enjoys partnering with founders, investors, and hiring managers to bring clarity to complex hiring challenges by defining the right candidate profile, telling a compelling story that attracts top talent, and creating hiring processes that lead to long-term success.

When she's not connecting top talent with growing companies, Jennifer can usually be found tackling her family's latest fixer-upper, where she handles the electrical work while her husband takes on the plumbing. She's also an avid traveler who loves embracing the unexpected, including a two-week camping adventure across Scotland with little more than a rental car, a tent, and a spirit of adventure.
