Role Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled GTM Engineer to empower their entire go-to-market organization. This role is not just about operations; it's about building systems that enhance the full revenue lifecycle, from lead acquisition to customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a product mindset, with a focus on using automation and AI to drive scalability and precision in their processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable GTM systems architecture that supports the entire revenue engine, including lead lifecycle, onboarding, expansion, and renewals.
  • Identify and embed high-leverage AI/ML use cases—such as opportunity scoring and churn prediction—into GTM processes.
  • Build robust data pipelines from GTM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk into Snowflake and downstream analytics.
  • Coordinate with BI/Analytics to develop dashboards and automation that enhance revenue intelligence and surface critical insights, such as pipeline health and adoption risk.
  • Collaborate across RevOps, Product, Data, and GTM leadership to ensure alignment with the evolving go-to-market strategy.
  • Create infrastructure that facilitates rapid testing of marketing campaigns and lifecycle automations, focusing on scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or similar roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong fluency in SQL and data modeling; experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks.
  • Experience with APIs and automating workflows using programming languages like Python or JavaScript, or tools such as Zapier.
  • Familiarity with multiple tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, etc.) and building integrations across them.
  • Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML models or integrating LLM-powered tools into operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
