Danielle is Head of Marketing at Captivate Talent, where she focuses on content, community, and campaigns that help founders and GTM leaders hire the right people. She approaches marketing as both storytelling and strategy — whether that's building audiences, running events, or creating content that people actually want to read.
Her path to marketing wasn't straightforward. She started in finance, moved into content and social media, and eventually landed in B2B SaaS. She's led marketing and content at companies like Exit Five, Founderpath, and ProfitWell, and has worked with founders who need someone to handle both the thinking and the doing. She cares deeply about design, believes content should be treated as a product, and thinks distribution matters just as much as what you create.
Based in Salem, MA, Danielle is a Northeastern grad who drinks too much coffee and has never met a well-branded product she didn't at least try to like. Outside of work, you'll find her reading, taking art classes, spending time with her dog Hamilton, or hunting down the best croissant in town.
