One of the best things you can do when you're interviewing? Send a thank you note after your interview! It's something that's easy but so often missed!
A good thank you note thanks the interviewer, restates why you're interested in the role, and why you think you'd be a good fit! Keep it short though - 3-5 sentences max!
Strict qualifications for a role can actually do more harm to your candidate pipeline than good. While it's important to have filters to weed out bad applicants, be willing to be a little flexible when you get applications that might not match all of the qualifications.
