Robyn Parker is a Senior Recruitment Executive on the GTM team at Captivate Talent, focused on placing GTM leaders across the technology landscape. With extensive experience spanning AI, cybersecurity, data & analytics, fintech, healthtech, and beyond, she partners with B2B and B2C technology companies to build revenue teams that scale. Over the course of her career, Robyn has successfully completed 400+ GTM searches—from individual contributors to C-suite executives.

Prior to Captivate, Robyn was a Client Partner at EMA Partners, a retained executive search firm, where she was a key resource in their GTM and technology practices. Her work has contributed to 11 companies going public and 67 startups achieving successful exits—including a decade-long partnership with Amber Road, a B2B SaaS company she supported through their IPO. Robyn has earned 13 Presidents' Club and 4 Elite Club awards in recognition of her impact. She began her career as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo, where she developed a foundation in consultative selling, client service, and adaptability.
