Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's growth by building relationships with prospective clients and converting them into satisfied users. You will manage a high-velocity sales cycle from discovery and demos to negotiations and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals with businesses.
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously through various stages of the buying cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and its value propositions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience, preferably in a technology company, with a proven track record.
- At least 3 years of experience in closing sales.
- Exceptional customer management skills and the ability to understand complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Highly adaptable and collaborative, with strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
