Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our client’s team, focusing on expanding existing enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will drive multi-site adoption, increase contract value, and build long-term strategic partnerships. This role is crucial for maximizing revenue and supports a land-and-expand model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global or regional Tier 1 enterprise relationships, ensuring long-term revenue growth and expansion.
- Drive executive peering and strategic account planning, aligning customer priorities with internal teams.
- Guide complex, multi-region expansion efforts, coordinating with Account Executives to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and growth planning.
- Prospect and close new logo pursuits within defined strategic verticals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, coverage, and forecasting in CRM.
- Work with Marketing to secure customer references and case studies.
- If in a leadership position, share deal learnings and best practices to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a focus on expanding strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to grow Tier 1 enterprise accounts through structured expansion strategies.
- Experience coordinating with Customer Success for delivery excellence.
- Familiarity with deal orchestration frameworks such as MEDDPIC.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning skills.
- Ability to influence product roadmap through customer engagements.
- Highly organized, reliable, and possess a growth mindset.
