Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Product Marketing to lead a dedicated team in executing impactful go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing within the B2B software environment, with experience managing teams and working with innovative AI-driven products. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visibility and positioning of our client's offerings in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of four product marketers to drive effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, features, and updates in collaboration with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging to resonate with target buyer personas.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify trends, technologies, and threats; use insights to inform product positioning.
  • Provide sales enablement tools and resources to empower the sales team to communicate product value effectively.
  • Gain deep insights into customer needs and tailor messaging to address their pain points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align go-to-market efforts and bridge the product team with market demands.
  • Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns that elevate product adoption and engagement.
  • Measure and report on the success of product marketing initiatives to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically in a B2B enterprise software context.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of three or more individuals.
  • Experience with AI-based products is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of distilling complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across the organization.
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS products, including an understanding of their functionalities and benefits.
