Role Overview

We are looking for an Events Manager to take charge of bringing our client's brand to life through impactful in-field events. This high-impact role involves managing the entire event process from opportunity research to logistics, promotion, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about converting events into strategic revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Logistics: Research and evaluate event opportunities; manage submissions, contracts, booth assets, travel, hotels, and all logistics for flawless execution.
• Event Promotion and Advertising: Coordinate email campaigns, digital ads, and customer invites to drive booth traffic and demo sign-ups.
• Brand Ambassador Management: Recruit, brief, and train brand ambassadors to ensure effective representation at all events.
• On-site Execution and Demo Booking: Own the on-site experience—energize the team, drive demo bookings, and ensure all conversations are impactful.
• Post-Event Engagement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to follow up on leads, analyze performance, and drive post-event pipeline activity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, events, or experiential marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or fast-paced growth environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and deliver high-quality events from start to finish.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, and with external vendors.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Willingness to travel and work non-standard hours during events.
