Amanda McGraw

Amanda McGraw is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Captivate Talent, where she specializes in helping early-stage SaaS and AI companies build exceptional go-to-market teams. With 7 years of recruiting experience, Amanda has successfully placed leaders and individual contributors across sales, customer success, and account management. She's returning to Captivate after two years in account management, bringing a firsthand perspective on the customer-facing roles she recruits for.

Amanda started her career on the sourcing team at a global recruitment firm, where she specialized in SaaS revenue professionals across NYC. It was her first exposure to both revenue recruiting and the SaaS startup world, and it's where she developed her passion for the space. The firm gave her a strong foundation in sourcing and recruiting that she still draws on today.

During her first five years at Captivate, Amanda made 73 placements across SaaS revenue roles and generated more than $1.2M in revenue. She hit 220% of quota in 2021 and led a team of four recruiters on the GTM team in 2022. She then spent two years at a healthcare technology company, most recently as a Strategic Account Manager, where she managed a portfolio of key HealthTech accounts representing $1.6M in revenue, maintained a 100% renewal rate, and focused on driving adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. That time in account management put her in the shoes of one of the personas Captivate recruits for, giving her firsthand insight into customer-facing roles and a sharper eye for strong CSM and AM talent.

When she's not connecting top talent with growing companies, Amanda can be found propagating plants, at concerts, traveling, or getting into crafts and DIY projects. She's also a lifelong bowler (varsity in high school) and a regular at pilates.
