Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced growth leader to manage their provider-side revenue operations. You will be responsible for building and refining strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and personally close key accounts, establishing a foundation for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy including market segmentation and goal setting.
- Develop lead generation and acquisition strategies, including outbound efforts, partnerships, and product-led initiatives.
- Engage directly in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring the creation of repeatable playbooks.
- Create onboarding processes and ROI tools that enhance user engagement and drive revenue.
- Analyze sales funnels, generate actionable insights, and optimize resource allocation.
- Build and lead a high-performing team encompassing SDRs, AEs, and growth marketers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth or sales leadership within fast-paced health-tech or SaaS environments.
- Proven success in closing complex provider deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Expertise in full-funnel sales strategies and familiarity with self-serve loops.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, able to align various teams towards common goals.
