Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will focus on new logo acquisition within a designated geographic area. This role will involve collaborating with a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) team and various cross-functional partners to deliver impactful sales results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan aimed at engaging new health systems, hospitals, and regional provider groups.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and 6sense to identify key accounts and forecast sales accurately.
- Engage cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, and Leadership to refine messaging and optimize impact.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and healthcare conferences to attract new business opportunities.
- Incorporate insights from existing accounts to enhance regional messaging and deliver value to new customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare SaaS, RTLS, or IoT sectors.
- Strong understanding of long-cycle, consultative sales processes and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to thrive in a territory ownership environment with a strong focus on outbound sales efforts.
- Ability to balance independent work with collaboration, actively engaging with leadership and team members.
- Attention to detail in maintaining pipeline rigor, including accurate forecasting and insightful selling practices.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and/or 6sense is a plus.
