Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Growth Lead to expand their presence in schools and districts nationwide. This role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with school counselors and district leaders to ensure that students receive the necessary mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle with schools and districts from initial outreach to partnership establishment.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while effectively managing a growing sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the counselor and district experience to tailor the organization’s value proposition.
  • Bring feedback from the field to inform product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the organization at key school district meetings and events in various markets, with approximately one week of travel per month.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales or partnerships experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and securing new partnerships.
  • Startup-minded with a scrappy, creative approach and an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building trust quickly and closing deals confidently.
  • Mission-driven and passionate about improving youth mental health.
