Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Sales to help scale our client's sales efforts. This role involves carrying a full quota, managing deals end-to-end, and elevating the team's performance through coaching and support as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Close Deals and Own a Full Quota: Manage a defined territory, run the full sales cycle, and develop effective deal strategies for active opportunities.
  • Build Pipeline: Generate pipeline through outbound initiatives and collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead by Example: Coach peers, enhance team execution, and maintain high standards for CRM practices.
  • Forecasting and Sales Operating Rhythm: Maintain clear pipeline records, support forecasting activities, and improve sales cycle efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Share customer feedback with product teams, coordinate with customer experience for smooth handoffs, and collaborate with marketing on positioning strategies.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, with a strong track record of meeting quotas.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, demonstrating the ability to build pipeline and create solutions.
  • Expertise in leading complex deals across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable with outbound sales, account planning, and nurturing multiple contacts.
  • Strong operational discipline in CRM and sales processes.
  • A natural coach who fosters team success through mentorship and direct feedback.
  • Experience in selling mid-market and low-enterprise SaaS solutions is advantageous.
