Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Client Partner to drive growth for enterprise clients by aligning their marketing goals with the company's offerings. This highly strategic, senior individual contributor (IC) role is pivotal for client success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, proof of concept, and post-close stages.
- Take ownership of long-term client outcomes for success and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior client leadership and teams (Brand, Performance, Retention, CRM, Data, Analytics, etc.) to align efforts around growth.
- Translate business objectives into long-term marketing roadmaps powered by the company’s algorithms and data.
- Develop actionable plans that ensure measurable impact and internal execution.
- Maintain client relationships and oversee the long-term adoption of the company's product.
Requirements
- Broad understanding of AdTech and MarTech solutions, including bidding, creative, measurement, audiences, and inventory.
- Extensive experience working with enterprise client teams, both within and outside marketing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise marketing across brand, performance, and retention.
- An individual who thrives in new environments and seeks to build products and functions from 0 to 1.
- Experience with customer datasets, including CRM, 3rd party audiences, and log-level data.
- A combination of creative vision and hands-on execution capabilities.
- Strong business acumen to translate marketing KPIs into business outcomes.
- Patience and willingness to navigate a sales cycle lasting 6-12 months.
- Preferred location in NYC, but not required.
