Role Overview
We are seeking a Provider Growth Lead to take on a foundational role in building our client's provider acquisition engine as they expand into new states. This role is crucial to transforming the manual processes into a repeatable system, ensuring that they can keep pace with school demand and sustain revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the provider acquisition engine for new-state launches, covering sourcing, engagement, evaluation, and activation.
- Diagnose funnel drop-offs and conduct experiments to enhance conversion rates and speed of activation.
- Design workflows and operating cadences, utilizing tools akin to CRM and ATS-style pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, payer operations, and leadership to identify and remove obstacles.
- Establish repeatable systems that facilitate rapid expansion while maintaining the quality of providers.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in growth, strategy & operations, business operations, or marketplace/recruiting/supply growth within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with complex operational systems in healthcare, marketplaces, or recruiting is a plus.
- Strong technical and strategic skills including funnel analytics, experiment design, process building, and pipeline management.
- Excellent soft skills with a strong sense of ownership, a scrappy attitude, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Bonus points for experience in marketplace supply-side growth, provider networks, healthcare operations, or connections to NYC schools.
