Role Overview
We are seeking a Founding US Account Executive who will play a critical role in our client’s growth journey. This position requires managing the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong drive for success and a proven history of exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, deal closure, and onboarding.
- Become a power user of our client’s platform and evangelize its value to customers.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Utilize empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
- Challenge the status quo and drive innovative approaches to exceed expectations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather insights to inform sales strategies.
- Use data-driven narratives to shape strategies and drive business understanding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven experience managing a full sales cycle and self-generating a pipeline.
- Experience selling to Mid Market+ sized companies with a track record of closing deals greater than $20k ACV.
- Strong familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Sandler, or Challenger.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to handle complex deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Experience using LinkedIn Navigator and other outreach tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of owning your pipeline without constant validation.
